Frequently Asked Questions
How many days in advance should I place my order?
Orders can be placed 3 days in advance before your preferred delivery date.Â
However, we would recommend orders to be placed early in advanced to avoid sold out delivery slots on your preferred dates.Â
Upon receiving, how many days does it stay fresh in the chiller?
All dishes stay fresh in the chiller for a maximum of 2 days. We use a special blast chilling method to ensure the quality and integrity is maintained throughout.Â
What if I have more than 4 - 5 pax?
We recommend to either add on dishes from our Ala Carte Menu, or order double quantities of a Festive Bundle.
How should I prepare the food once its delivered to me?
Preparation of Freshers Festive Meals is simple and can be done in 10 minutes or less.Â
Step 1: Receive your meals on the preferred delivery date & time.Â
Step 2: Heat up food on either a stove, oven, or microwave with our multi-functional packaging.
Pro Tip: Our custom food containers are safe to handle temperatures of up to 400°c. This means you do not have to transfer it to any other container. Easily warm it up in its packaging.Â
Step 3:Â Serve and enjoy.
Can I use my Fresher Dinners credits to purchase the festive bundles?
Certainly. All credits will be automatically deducted during the checkout. You should see it being deducted at the Cart Totals section.Â
