Being a customary Chinese New Year dish, Yusheng is a myraid of colourful ingredients, condiments and raw fish put together. Our version combines the likeness from both passed-down traditions and modern-day preferences.
Alongside the traditional yam, white radish, dried mandarin peels, pickled ginger and others, the modern highlight is a trio of Salmon, Tuna and Swordfish cubed sashimi (which we call it ‘bara-chirashi’ style).
Complete with our special housemade Yuzu Sweet sauce and toss them all! We reckon you won’t find another naturally good looking and great tasting Yusheng like this.

Unlike your usual 盆菜 (pén cài), our Happiness Reunion Seafood Pot is a reinvented version filled with elevated, happy ingredients that will complete your reunion dinners.
Consisting of a treasury of ingredients cooked in hours-long special broth, the end result is a tasteful pot that is welcomed by your grandparents and nieces/nephews alike.
