Frequently Asked Questions
How many days in advance should I place my order?
Orders can be placed 4 days in advance before your preferred delivery date. If your event is on Saturday, please order by Tuesday.
However, we would recommend orders to be placed early in advanced to avoid sold out delivery slots on your preferred dates.
What timeslots do you offer?
We have 1.5-hr timeslots from 10am – 2pm and 5pm – 8pm
What are the delivery & service fees like?
Delivery fees are at $40 for the entire festive season.
It includes:
- Insulated bag you can keep
- Served in beautiful custom gold trays you can heat via oven, microwave or over direct fire
- Cutlery
- Napkin and plates
How is the food delivered?
All dishes come delivered warm in “mini buffet” style, plated in our party-ready custom gold trays and secured in insulated bags. Festive sets do not come with tables nor setup.
Do you deliver islandwide?
Yes, our delivery service spans islandwide including Sentosa.
Do you cater for large groups/corporate orders with table setup?
